Near to Eastbourne on the South East coast of England is a small rather cute little village named Alfriston. I quite often go there to photograph the old buildings and church. It had been in my mind for some time to photograph the headstones in the church’s cemetery as they are old and nicely weathered.
The Olympus Pen F has a a colour wheel knob on the front of the camera. One setting is called “Art”. I decided to use this in “Grainy Film 2” mode with the borders switched on. Apart from composing and setting some exposure compensation I left the rest to the camera.
